In July, we announced the Summer 2024 KJS Legacy Project Outreach. We set a goal of raising $5,000 by the end of September. With your help, we exceeded our goal! These funds will allow us to expand the impact that our foundation can make on the next generation of leaders who are following in Kevin’s footsteps. Thank you!

In July, we announced the Summer 2024 KJS Legacy Project Outreach. We set a goal of raising $5,000 by the end of September. This fundraising drive is aimed at expanding the impact that our foundation can make on the students who will lead our nation into the future!

Every dollar raised will be used to expand our scholarships and internships and to launch our summer student/faculty public policy research project.

Eight years ago, the Washington Metro Area Transit Authority (aka WMATA) honored Kevin Sutherland’s memory and paid tribute to his photographic talent by installing a display of Kevin’s photography in the inside walkway of the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro station.

On July 4th, we observed another sad milestone…it has been nine years since Kevin’s tragic passing. This year, we seek to expand Kevin’s legacy with the goal of making our impact even greater…Toward that end, we are launching the Summer 2024 KJSLP Outreach. During the months of July, August and September, we have set a goal of raising $5,000 to support our various programs.
